This subscription allows one checkup every 2 hours.

That means you can choose from the following options:

1 checkup every 2 hours
Up to 2 tests every 4 hours

You can switch between these options at any time, free of charge.

With the free subscription, notifications are sent via email only.

Important Information About Free Subscriptions

Free subscriptions are valid for one year and renew automatically, provided the account is actively used.

To keep your free account active, at least one check-up must remain enabled. If no active check-ups exist for over a month—either because you deactivated them yourself or due to prolonged service failure (lasting more than a week)—your account and all associated data may be deleted. You’ll receive an email notification before any deletion, giving you the chance to reactivate your check-ups.

Your free subscription and account will also be automatically deleted if there is no activity for three consecutive months—meaning you haven’t logged in or accessed any check-up data during that time. You will receive an email notification in advance.

To avoid unintentional account deletion and ensure uninterrupted monitoring, we recommend upgrading to any paid subscription. As long as your subscription is active and payments are up to date, your account and data will remain secure.

If an invoice is not paid within the designated period – no later than one month after issuance – the associated account will automatically be downgraded to the free subscription until payment is received. In certain cases, such as a justified suspicion of intentional non-payment, we reserve the right to downgrade the account earlier following a manual review.
